Abbott Manson were the first Letting Agent in the area to produce a comprehensive FREE and very readable Landlord Information Guide packed with the basic information everyone needs to know before renting out their property - it has been copied by several Agents - quite a nice compliment we felt!

Abbott Manson are also one of only a small handful of Agents able to offer a Free Rental Guarantee Insurance which means that even if your tenant hits hard times and can’t pay the rent you are not going to be out of pocket.

Unlike most other Agents Abbott Manson actually own a significant number of the properties they let so we know personally the potential problems a landlord may face and how to best overcome them.

Many Tenants often prefer to deal with these properties because they know they will be maintained to a high standard (after all that’s in our interest as much as the Tenant) and that the properties are available long term if needed and won’t suddenly be taken off the market forcing a Tenant to relocate.

You will naturally want your property maintained well and Abbott Manson have a maintenance department with years of experience in property management. This means that when any problems do arise - and they will for everyone sooner or later - they can be dealt with quickly and efficiently keeping both Landlord and Tenant happy and ultimately that’s the entire purpose of the exercise.
